Community Exchange MMU Careers Service The Careers Service at MMU is designed to assist, advise and guide students and recent graduates on work experience and career options. They have services located across the institution and a comprehensive website full of useful information and advice. Volunteer Community Network for Manchester The VCN in Manchester is a network of organisations and people involved in volunteering. It organises events, good practice sharing and informal support to anyone involved in volunteering in Manchester. Membership is open to anyone keen to support this network. GO Manchester GO Manchester offers people the chance to make an impact in their local community in Manchester. Events take place at the weekend and last for just 4 hours. MYVP Volunteers Helps young people aged 14 - 25 years to access a range of volunteering opportunities, events and activities across the city of Manchester. Post Games Volunteer Project The Post Games Volunteer Project (PGVP) aims to build on the success of the Commonwealth Games by providing a wide range of quality opportunities for people who wish to continue their involvement, or become involved for the first time in volunteering. Student Volunteering England They work towards ensuring every student has the opportunity to volunteer and make a positive difference in their community and beyond, through having access to relevant volunteering opportunities and receiving effective support.
